Management Trainee – Cheerful Links (Manchester)

The capacity to make wise decisions under pressure and outstanding communication skills are prerequisites for this role.
What You’ll Do (Primary Duties):
* Rotate around important departments like operations, logistics, sales, and procurement to obtain practical experience.
* Assist senior management with their daily responsibilities, such as preparing reports and analysing data.
* Participate in strategic efforts that aim to expand the market and grow the business.
* Take part in unique projects and develop your ability to make wise business choices under duress.
