A nationally recognised logistics and supply chain business is seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to lead a high-performing team at their key site in Tamworth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in operational excellence within a fast-paced and well-structured network.
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of operational strategies, ensuring service efficiency, compliance, and team leadership are consistently achieved. You will be a key driver of performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily logistics and warehousing operations across the Tamworth site
Lead, coach, and develop a team to exceed performance and safety KPIs
Ensure operational compliance with company procedures and industry regulations
Implement process improvements to drive service efficiency and cost control
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction
About You:
Proven experience in an Operations Manager role, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or freight
Strong understanding of transport operations and supply chain management
