High-Level Cleaner – Permanent
As we continue to grow, Tai Tarian is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated High-Level Cleaner to join our Neighbourhood team and help make a big difference to our properties and communities.
The role is permanent, full-time with a salary of £24,558 a year, working Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30am-3pm. As we expand to meet demand there are opportunities for career growth in many technical and management directions so there is room for you to forge your perfect career.
About the role
The role of High-Level Cleaner is a pivotal role within our Neighbourhood Team as they work to achieve operational targets and service standards involving the cleaning of various Tai Tarian Accommodation; Office areas, Communal areas in blocks of Flats, Hafen Schemes and Welfare Facilities
Reporting to the Team Leader, this role is responsible for creating a positive first impression of our buildings and communities by ensuring they are professionally cleaned, creating an environment that is welcoming, hygienic and homely.
About You
To be successful in the role ofour new High-Level Cleaner team member must have experience in conducting a role of a similar nature, physically fit due to the demands of the role and comfortable working at heights.
You will also require a valid manual driving licence to travel through the borough consistently. As part of the role, you will be required to drive a company vehicle and therefore all candidates will need to undertake a driving assessment which will be provide by Tai Tarian.
