About the Role As a Supply Teacher, you will deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects, ensuring that students remain engaged and supported in their learning. You will bring energy, adaptability, and a passion for education to every classroom you enter. Your Responsibilities as a Supply Teacher Deliver pre-prepared lessons across a variety of subjects and year groups. Manage classroom behaviour effectively and positively. Support students’ learning in line with the school curriculum. Provide feedback on student progress to the relevant teaching staff. Maintain high standards of professionalism and safeguarding. Supply Teacher Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification. A background in Science, Engineering or Technology is preferred. Prior teaching or cover experience in UK schools. Strong classroom management and communication skills. Ability to adapt quickly to different subjects and year groups.
