2175 - Paid Social Senior Executive - Global Client Solutions
Role Summary and Impact: The Paid Social team works to plan & execute market‑leading social advertising campaigns for our clients across a variety of social media platforms. The team is based at EssenceMediacom's office at 1 Southwark Bridge Road. As Senior Account Executive, the successful candidate will continue to develop their knowledge of paid advertising across all key social channels, from activation through to reporting. They will plan & deliver award‑winning work in a busy agency environment that has training and development at its core.

Responsibilities
Campaign Management
- End‑to‑end set up of paid social campaigns across all relevant social platforms.
- Undertake regular quality assurance checks to ensure campaigns are set up to defined best practice standards.
- Monitor campaign performance and pacing to ensure activity delivers as expected; troubleshoot and optimise campaigns to improve performance as necessary.
- Produce detailed and accurate weekly/monthly campaign performance reports, often in Microsoft Excel.
- Write performance commentary that delivers valuable insight and recommendations to clients.
- Assist with more detailed analysis including end‑of‑campaign reporting, quarterly/annual reviews, and on‑standalone projects.
Client & Partner Management
- Work closely with line‑manager and the wider team (including the Global Hub team) to support the delivery of high‑quality work for clients.
- Collaborate with partners and attend regular platform training sessions to further develop paid social skillsets.
Operational Excellence
- Manage workload and communicate clearly and timely with internal and external stakeholders across email, chat, video, and in‑person.
- Attend regular internal meetings and training sessions to actively contribute to a collaborative and friendly paid social community.
- Follow mandatory agency finance processes; work with line‑manager to ensure prompt payment/invoicing and minimise finance queries.
