 
        
        We are delighted to be partnering exclusively with a growing client based in Birmingham City Centre, who is looking to recruit a Credit Controller on a permanent basis. This opportunity has arisen due to the ongoing success and expansion of the business.
The role would suit someone who thrives in a friendly, fast-paced environment, enjoys investigative work and problem solving, and can balance strong customer service skills with effective cash collection. A solid background in credit control is ideal, combined with the drive and enthusiasm to deliver results. If you’re looking for a role where your contribution is valued and you can truly make a difference, this could be the perfect fit.
Ideally you will:
 * Confidently manage debt collection across a varied, professional client base
 * Have worked in a high volume credit control role previously.
 * Work well as part of a collaborative team while taking full ownership of your own ledger
 * Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs desirable but not essential)
 * A positive attitude and a desire to chase unpaid invoices.
