Find out more about the work we do here: Citizen Position: Senior Lettings Advisor – 26 hours per week Basis: 6 months FTC (4 consecutive days) Salary: £36149 per annum (pro rata) Location: Mobile Worker, covering Coventry and surrounding areas - may need to travel further if required/Hybrid Key Responsibilities: Support the delivery of a high-quality allocations, lettings, and empty property management service. Ensure empty properties are re-let promptly, in line with the allocations policy and agreed performance targets. Deliver sustainable lettings through effective shortlisting, eligibility checks, and assessments to help new tenants sustain their tenancies. Build and maintain strong working relationships with local authorities, particularly around Choice Based Lettings and nomination arrangements. Ensure systems and processes operate effectively to deliver excellent customer service and high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications and experience: You will have previous experience working within the housing sector. You will understand allocations policies and lettings processes and be confident working to performance targets. You’ll be organised, customer-focused, and committed to delivering a high-quality service. You’ll be comfortable working with partners and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
