At Kempston Controls, based in Rushden, Northamptonshire, we're on the lookout for a passionate and skilled Internal Technical Support Engineer to join our expanding team. What's a Day in the Life of a Technical Support Engineer Like?
* Provide expert product advice on Control and Automation products, including Contactors, Pushbuttons, Drive devices and more
* Solve customer queries by finding innovative solutions, including locating alternatives for obsolete parts.
* Communicate effectively with customers via phone or email, interpreting product specifications and offering tailored quotations.
* Stay up to date with industry developments through continuous training from leading franchises.
What We're Looking For:
* Technical expertise: A solid understanding of control gear products and their applications.
* Industry experience: A background in the electrical or controls sector.
* Attention to detail: You're meticulous and take pride in getting things right.
