We are seeking a skilled and dedicated EHCP Coordinator to join our SEND team and help deliver high-quality Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). About the Role: As an EHCP Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of EHCPs for children and young people aged 0–25. This includes overseeing the statutory assessment process, coordinating multi-agency contributions, drafting and reviewing plans, and ensuring compliance with statutory timescales and quality standards. You will work closely with families, schools, and professionals to develop personalised, outcome-focused plans that support each child’s progress and well-being.
