Responsibilities
* Teach PE across KS3 to KS5, balancing practical performance with sports science theory.
* Oversee and direct major school sports fixtures, inter-house competitions, and extracurricular clubs.
* Build student confidence and teamwork skills through inclusive and challenging physical activity.
* Work collaboratively with the wider school team on wellbeing festivals and regional tournaments.
* Manage the department equipment and facilitate visiting professional coaching workshops.
Requirements
* Degree in Sports Science, PE, or a related field.
* PGCE or QTS.
* Experience coordinating school-wide fixtures is highly desirable.
* Must have the right to work in the UK.
