RoleOverview:
Dueto continued growth our client are now seeking a dynamic andexperience housing litigator to join their esteemed team. This roleoffers an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with apassion for housing litigation and a commitment to deliveringhighquality legal services. The successful candidatewill demonstrate excellent communication skills meticulousattention to detail and the ability to thrive both independentlyand collaboratively within a teamenvironment.
KeyResponsibilities:
* Managea diverse caseload of housing litigation matters including but notlimited to defending disrepair claims possession civil injunctionsdefending EPA claims ASB andfraud.
* Utilise strong expertise inlandlord and tenant matters AST and/or leasehold matters with afocus on forfeiture claims.
* Deliverexceptional client care and maintain professional relationshipswith clients.
* Actively participatein marketing and networking initiatives to promote the firmsservices.
* Maintain monthly timerecording and billing targets ensuring consistentperformance.
* Supervise and managesupport services including secretarial and juniorstaff.
Requirements
* Qualifiedsolicitor with a minimum of 5 yearsPQE.
* Proven experience in a housingmanagement legal department within a solicitor s firm orinhouse.
* Track record ofsuccessfully managing a busy caseload of housing litigationmatters.
* Familiarity with casemanagement systems and legalprocedures.
* Strong client careskills and a commitment to professionalism andintegrity.
* Ability to adapt to afastpaced work environment and work effectively underpressure.
* Participation in marketingand networking activities is highlydesirable.
