About the Role
We are seeking multiple .NET Developers to join our team in Eastbourne, East Sussex, or remotely within the UK. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside Microsoft’s own consultants on a groundbreaking Greenfield project. The primary focus is the development of a new online application designed to enable viewers to stream and download popular TV shows seamlessly. The successful candidates will be instrumental in building a robust, scalable, and innovative platform utilizing the latest Microsoft technologies and development practices. This position provides a clear pathway for career advancement, with structured development programs aimed at promoting talented developers to leadership roles within 12 months.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in software development, specifically with experience in .NET, .NET Core, C#, and Azure SQL. A solid understanding of object‑oriented programming principles is essential. Candidates should have prior experience working on full‑stack development projects and familiarity with modern development tools and methodologies. Industry‑recognized training in technologies such as .NET 10.0, ASP.NET Core, C# 14, .NET MAUI, ML.NET, Azure AI, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and front‑end standards like HTML and CSS Living Standard is highly desirable. Additionally, experience with Agile methodologies, Test‑Driven Development (TDD), Behavior‑Driven Development (BDD), and MongoDB will be considered advantageous. Applicants must be based in the UK and hold the right to work within the country.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain high‑quality, scalable web applications utilizing the latest Microsoft technologies.

* Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
