Job Description
1. Organize and assist in leading projects commercial projects from precon to close out
2. Help manage overall project financials, including developing and maintaining financial projections
3. Allocate estimates into accounting system
4. Identify cost codes, approve invoices, create monthly billings and manage budgets
5. Manage financials and accounting billings, change orders, and maintain schedules
6. Maintain trade partner, subcontractors, and supplier budgets; select partners and suppliers
7. Manage billings, contracts creation, and contract buyouts
8. Collaborate with Project Superintendent to execute all construction phases, including site visits
9. RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, purchase orders, etc.
10. Develop and maintain high-contact client relationships
11. Manage high standards of quality, risk, safety, and compliance on and off site
12. Attend meetings and training as assigned
13. Complete projects as assigned

The Successful Applicant
14. Construction related degree preferred
15. 2-4 years of experience in project management.
16. Previous experience within a commercial general contractor.
17. Working knowledge of skilled trades including carpentry, masonry, concrete work, site excavation and grading, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, and electrical.
18. Working knowledge of construction technology and details. Proficient reviewing and understanding all construction documents including specifications and drawings.
19. Excellent communication skills with various parties including management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors, and clients.
