* Supportnewclientenquiriesandmaintainaccurateinternalrecords.
* Managecallsandcaseworkefficiently,ensuringexcellentclientservice.
* Maintainup-to-dateknowledgeofproceduresandrelevantlegaldevelopments.
* Assistwithbillingandgeneraladministrativesupport.
Experience&SkillsRequired:
1. Lawdegreeorequivalentlegalqualification(LPC/PGDL).
2. Strong,demonstrableknowledgeofCourtofProtection(Property&Affairs)cases,theMentalCapacityAct,andtheadministrationofPersonalInjuryTrusts.
