Position Overview
Civils Estimator (Hybrid) – Newcastle Upon Tyne. Salary £70,000 – £80,000 per annum plus bonus, training, car and car allowance.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with clients and suppliers.
* Prepare and produce accurate estimates for a wide range of tenders, contracts, and subcontract works.
* Work across site, office and home.
* Travel to site as required.
Qualifications
* Background in Civils or a related field.
* Willingness to travel around Yorkshire.
Location & Working Arrangement
Hybrid role split between the office, site visits and home. Monday to Friday.
