Role Overview
The Reward Analyst will support the Head of Reward in delivering the organisation's reward strategy. This includes managing the annual reward cycle, conducting benchmarking, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making across the business. The role offers exposure to international HR practices and the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the annual reward cycle, including pay reviews, bonuses, and reporting
2. Conduct eligibility checks for staff bonuses and ensures alignment with performance ratings
3. Maintain regular communication with HR teams on reward cycle progress
4. Track and manage the renewal of pay deals and incentive plans
