Location: GPA, Stephenson Street, Birmingham, West Midlands, England, B2 4BH

We are on the lookout for a professional, welcoming, and experienced Receptionist to join our team. You will perform reception, administration, and secretarial duties efficiently and effectively on behalf of the building in which you are located.


Responsibilities

* Manage reception, administration, and secretarial duties on behalf of the building.
* Facilitate the flow of personnel by managing access points and fob access systems; keep a tidy and efficient reception area; provide a professional and courteous service.
* Handle phone calls and emails promptly and professionally; sort and distribute incoming mail and packages.
* Manage documentation and ensure storage in the appropriate location or system.
* Open and close the building; maintain building security; manage queries and messages from visitors; issue visitor and staff passes; assist with emergency evacuations; order consumables; and perform additional duties as needed.


Requirements / Qualifications

* Friendly and approachable with professional, sound communication and interpersonal skills.
* IT literate with the ability to prioritise workload and work efficiently to deadlines.
* Willing to provide short-term cover on multiple sites across the region as needed.
