🎓 Ideal for Principal/Associate-Level Consultants With:
* A degree in Ecology, Conservation, or related discipline plus professional institute membership.
* Strong consultancy background at Principal, Technical Lead, or Associate-level, ideally with experience advising developers, infrastructure clients, or planning teams.
* Deep understanding of UK biodiversity legislation, planning policy, and BNG metrics.
* Confidence in guiding teams, reviewing technical outputs, and supporting decision-making.
* The ability to explain complex ecological issues clearly to non-specialists.
* Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset.
* A collaborative approach and readiness to operate at senior stakeholder level.
* Flexibility to travel and work in a hybrid environment.
