The Role
1. Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy across a key product portfolio.
2. Translate market trends, customer insights, and user requirements into innovative and commercially successful product solutions.
3. Lead cross-functional teams through the full product lifecycle from concept and design through to launch and post-market optimization.
4. Collaborate closely with engineering, clinical, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure timely, compliant delivery.
5. Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to validate direction and maintain strong market alignment.
