We have a great opportunity for a Through the Gate Support Worker. The position will be a home-based role, but the expectation is that you will be participant facing working in prisons, hubs and probation offices across the region as required as part of a programme aimed at supporting ex-offenders back into the community. You will provide peripatetic cover across the region supporting participants through the gate. You will support the team to facilitate and complete a three-way handover meeting either by face-to-face, video conferencing or telephone. You will act as a single point of contact for when participants have been released from prison, ensuring they engage with their support workers accordingly. Location: Home Based with travel to prisons/hubs across Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk as required.
