Responsibilities
* Providing direct engineering support to production and plays lead technical role
* Establish and maintain control of process metrics such as cost, waste and performance data
* Ensures process safety obligations are met
* Provides technical support and collaborates with quality engineers, process engineers and process specialists on quality and production issues
* Maintain, develop and update control documents required for production
* Reviewing verification of machine parameters (VMP) data and assisting in resolution of machine issues
* Leading and assisting on process and equipment improvement projects

Qualifications
* Bachelors of Sciences Engineering (chemical or mechanical preferred)
* At least two years of manufacturing experience (preferred)
* Demonstrated understanding of technical or complex manufacturing processes
* Decision making abilities, courage and influence
