Lester Aldridge is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Lawyer (Associate / Senior Associate) to join our well-regarded team in Bournemouth.

Your Responsibilities:
* Client Advisory: Provide clear and practical legal guidance on employment law issues to clients.
* Legal Proceedings: Assist and represent clients in employment-related litigation and tribunals.
* Document Drafting: Draft a wide range of employment contracts, policies, and other client documentation.
* New Client Engagement: Respond to initial enquiries, explain our services, and make cross-referrals where appropriate.
* Legal Research: Investigate complex issues and propose innovative legal solutions.
* Compliance: Adhere to firm procedures on anti-money laundering, engagement letters, billing, and time recording.
* Thought Leadership: Contribute to the development of employment law practices and share knowledge within the team.
* Mentoring: Support and guide junior team members.
* Business Development: Actively participate in marketing initiatives and grow client relationships.

What We're Looking For:
* Qualifications: A qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE and strong experience in employment law. Experience in immigration law or willingness to learn a distinct advantage.
* Expertise: Proven ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision.
* Attributes: Strong client service ethic, attention to detail, excellent time management, and a positive, team-oriented approach. Highly flexible and resilient.
