The Snow Centre in Hemel Hempstead is the UK's premier indoor snow sports destination, welcoming skiers, snowboarders and families all year round. At the heart of our venue is The Lodge Bar & Kitchen, serving delicious food and drinks to fuel our guests after a day on the slopes.
We're looking for an enthusiastic Chef / Back of House Team Member to join our friendly catering team. If you love food, enjoy working as part of a fast-paced team, and want a role with variety, this could be the perfect fit.
What you'll be doing:
* Preparing, cooking, and serving freshly made hot and cold food
* Delivering consistent quality and presentation to our guests
* Following food hygiene, health & safety, and cleaning procedures
* Supporting the smooth running of the kitchen and working closely with the Front of House team
* Helping us maintain a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests
What we're looking for:
* Previous kitchen, chef or catering experience (preferred, but not essential – training will be provided)
* A real passion for food and hospitality
* Someone who can multi-task and keep calm under pressure
* A strong team player with good communication and organisational skills
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (but no late-night anti-social shifts)
