The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of building long-term partnerships and delivering exceptional results for both clients and candidates.
You will:
* Drive business development, approaching new clients and expanding existing accounts.
* Deliver outstanding customer service and role-model best recruitment practice.
* Use your network to build a strong candidate pipeline and place top talent in their ideal roles.
* Partner with C-Suite stakeholders to fill critical positions now and in the future.
* Share market insights with clients and cross-sell additional services.
About You
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and knows what great recruitment looks like.
You’ll bring:
* Proven experience in a recruitment agency environment, whether you have 12 months experience or 12 years, we would love to hear from you.
* A strong understanding of professional services.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
* A proactive, results-driven approach with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Confidence in negotiating and closing deals.
* Familiarity with CRM systems.
