The Role
We are looking for a Window Cleaning Assistant (Floater) to support our window cleaning teams with light duties only. This is an ideal position for someone looking for a steady job without heavy lifting or ladder work – it could suit an older person, semi-retired individual, or anyone wanting lighter responsibilities.
Responsibilities
* Assisting teams with equipment setup and packing away
* Wiping down sills, frames, and doors after cleaning
* Keeping vans stocked with cloths, soaps, and supplies
* Helping with customer service (polite, professional manner on-site)
* General floater duties supporting staff between jobs
Requirements
* Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
* Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons
* Able to do light cleaning and simple support tasks
* No experience required – full training provided
* Transport to and from depot required (you'll then travel in the company van to sites)
