SEN Teaching Assistant Bolton
Prospero Teaching
1. Bolton, Greater Manchester
2. Full-time | Term Time Only
3. GBP85 GBP100+ per day (depending on experience)
4. Immediate & September 2025 Starts Available
Key Responsibilities:
5. Support students with additional needs on a 1:1 or small group basis
6. Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in learning
7. Help students develop social and emotional skills in a nurturing environment
8. Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and support teams
9. Implement strategies and interventions tailored to individual EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)
Were Looking For:
10. Experience working with children or young people with SEN or behavioural needs
11. A patient, empathetic, and calm approach
12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
13. A proactive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team
14. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
