Warranty Administrator Location: Upper Heyford, Oxfordshire Shift: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00 Pay Rate: £12.50 p/h, rising to £13.90 p/h after 12 weeks Contract: Long-term, Ongoing work We are recruiting a Warranty Administrator on behalf of our client, a leading automotive company. This role involves processing warranty claims, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines. Responsibilities: * Process and submit warranty claims accurately, following up as required. * Maintain detailed records of warranty claims, including repair orders, parts, and labour costs. * Liaise with technicians and manufacturers to ensure timely resolution of claims. * Provide customer support, handling inquiries about warranty coverage and claims. * Stay up to date with manufacturer warranty policies, recalls, and bulletins. Skills and Qualifications: * Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask. * High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. * Proficiency in Office software and database management. * Previous administration experience (automotive warranty experience preferred). * Must have your own vehicle to be able to commute to Upper Heyford.
