Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced German Speaking Brand Account Manager to join a busy creative agency working across retail branding and FMCG clients.
This is a client-facing role responsible for managing branding projects from initial brief through to delivery, working closely with internal creative, design, and production teams.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality brand work, managing international client relationships, and supporting the strategic direction of retail-focused brands.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Creative Management
* Support development of branding strategies for retail and FMCG clients
* Manage brand projects from concept through to execution
* Contribute to brand development and creative delivery
* Support presentation of creative concepts to clients
Account Management
* Act as primary point of contact for international clients
* Manage multiple branding projects simultaneously
* Translate client briefs into clear creative direction
* Oversee project timelines, budgets, and delivery schedules
* Ensure work is delivered on time, on brief, and to quality standards
Client Relationship Management
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Communicate with senior stakeholders confidently
* Provide guidance on branding and creative execution
* Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts
Commercial & Delivery
* Manage project budgets and ensure commercial efficiency
* Support revenue growth across accounts
* Identify process improvements and efficiencies
* Ensure profitability and successful delivery of projects
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
* Experience in Account Management / Client Services within a branding or creative agency
* Strong understanding of retail branding and FMCG environments
* Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
* Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
* Strong commercial awareness and budget management skills
* Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
Desirable
* FMCG or packaging experience
* Additional European language skills
