Due to continued growth, they are seeking to hire an experienced Mechanical QS / Contracts Manager to join their team based in Cookstown, with the flexibility to travel approximately 2 days per week.

The Role:
* Oversee mechanical contracts, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
* Manage cost estimation and budgeting for mechanical engineering projects
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met
* Provide solutions-focused support to main contractors, ensuring effective project delivery
The Person:
* Mechanical Engineering Degree / Time Served Plumber
* 5+ years in a mechanical role, with experience in plumbing / M&E
* Open to both experienced professionals and those looking to step into a more senior role with a passion to learn
* Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
