Our amazing UK supply Chain team is now looking for a Demand Planner & Analyst!

The Perfect Blend: The role
• Own the Forecast: Manage and refine statistical demand forecasts, applying advanced modelling techniques to
improve accuracy.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Commercial, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams to enrich
forecasts with insights from promotions and new product launches.
• Spot Trends & Drive Insights: Analyse relationships between promotional volumes, seasonal impacts, and new
product introductions to identify patterns and opportunities.
• Shape Long-Term Plans: Partner with the Demand Planning Manager to develop long-term forecasts that meet
IBP and financial objectives.
• Evaluate Promotions: Review promotional activities for timing and volume accuracy, providing
recommendations for future improvements.
• Align Demand & Supply: Ensure unconstrained demand forecasts align with supply capabilities, coordinating
resolution of gaps with stakeholders.
• Maintain Data Integrity: Validate IBP master data and keep systems accurate to minimize errors.
• Improve Performance: Monitor forecasting trends, accuracy, and bias; create action plans to enhance results
and reduce obsolescence.
Foundational Ingredients - Requirements:
Education & Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (FMCG experience preferred).
o Experience with forecasting systems (SAP IBP preferred).
Skills & Competencies:
o Strong analytical and statistical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
o Excellent communication and influencing skills across functions.
o Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
o Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven with a proactive, “can-do” attitude.
o Collaborative mindset with experience in cross-functional forecasting processes.
o Strong service orientation: listens, asks questions, and communicates solution options effectivel
