Your Role
*
Deliver outstanding Chemistry lessons at KS3–KS5, using practical work, digital tools, and real-world applications
*
Support curriculum planning and coordinate the Chemistry curriculum under the direction of the Head of Science
*
Help lead data analysis and support interventions to ensure excellent student progress
*
Act as a mentor for early career teachers and contribute to departmental CPD
*
Drive extracurricular involvement, such as Chemistry competitions, trips, and science clubs
Ideal Candidate
*
Qualified Chemistry teacher with experience at KS4 and ideally A-Level
*
Able to balance classroom excellence with strategic planning and leadership responsibility
*
Well-organised and committed to improving outcomes for all students

Enthusiastic about experimentation and scientific inquiry in the classroom
