The Role
As a National Contracts Manager, you will take ownership of multiple projects across the UK, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of finish. You will work closely with clients, project teams, and subcontractors, acting as the key point of contact to ensure smooth delivery and outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage multiple contracts nationwide across fit out and main contractor projects.
2. Ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget, and to the agreed specifications.
3. Act as the main client liaison, building strong relationships to secure repeat business.
4. Oversee project planning, programming, and resourcing.
