Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organised People Project Support Officer to join our People Directorate on a fixed-term basis. This role will support the delivery of key people-related projects, including staff engagement, sickness, the annual staff survey, and transformation initiatives across our people services. You'll work closely with the People Project Manager to coordinate project tasks, maintain documentation, and ensure effective communication across teams. This is a great opportunity to contribute to meaningful change and improve staff experience across the Trust.
Main duties of the job
* Support the coordination and delivery of people-focused projects across the Trust.
* Manage project documentation, track progress and support agile workflows to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
* Communicate with stakeholders to keep teams informed and engaged.
Contract Details
The contract is fixed-term/secondment until 31/03/2027.
