Position: Architectural Technician / Architect
A leading architecture practice in Manchester is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Technician or Architect with strong Revit capabilities to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale, complex projects. Across a range of sectors, with values reaching up to £2.5 billion.
* Software: Strong Revit skills essential
* Project Value: £2.5 Billion Project
* Scope: Large-scale, complex models
* Contract Type: Open to both contract and permanent
* Location: Hybrid working model
Key Details:
* Stage Focus: Primarily RIBA Stages 4-6 (Technical Design, Construction, Handover)
o Open to both technically focused individuals and designers looking to broaden their delivery experience
o Ideal for someone who wants to be involved in the full delivery process
* * Team Structure:
o Varies by project size: Teams range from 2 to 3 people in smaller jobs to up to 30 on larger projects
o Always working under a Project Lead
* * Project Variety:
o Mix of small, medium, and very large projects
o Opportunity to work across multiple scales and complexities
