Luxury food challenger
3 days in the London Office/ 2 days work from home (flexible for the right candidate)
Responsibilities
* Forecasting demand and managing production runs with suppliers and co-manufacturers
* Keeping stock levels healthy (finished goods + raw materials) while avoiding costly stockouts
* Owning and optimising Excel-based tools (and helping transition to smarter systems such as Unleashed)
* Coordinating B2B, B2C and 3PL logistics across Europe and the UK
* Managing pallet sends and international shipping paperwork
* Overseeing larger retail orders (£3–15k+) and ensuring OTIF delivery
* Building and documenting smart, scalable supply chain processes
Qualifications
* Food industry experience strongly preferred
* Excel whizz with attention to detail
* Experience handling high-volume order processing
* A doer, not just a delegator — happy to roll up sleeves in a small but mighty team
