What You’ll Do
* Restaurant Partnerships: Build win–win relationships with local restaurants by showcasing their family‑friendly features and collaborating on offers and special “Family Hours” that attract new guests, strengthen loyalty, and highlight their role in the community.
* Community Engagement: Connect with local parent groups and neighborhood leaders to spread the word and make sure family voices are heard, while helping restaurants respond to what families truly need.
* Event Hosting: Plan at least one family‑focused event in your city within 6 months to spotlight partners and engage the community in a fun, communal environment.
* City Strategy: Work with the core team to shape and execute a tailored launch plan. Share insights from families and restaurants, adapt along the way, and co‑create a Local Heroes’ Playbook to scale The Nugget.
Who You Are
* A connector. You’re the person friends ask for recommendations.
* Community‑minded. Passionate about families, food, and making cities more welcoming.
* Experienced. 3–5 years in sales, hospitality, events, or community roles.
* Entrepreneurial. Self‑driven, adaptable, and excited to grow with an early‑stage start‑up.
* Family‑aware. Parent, caregiver, or simply someone who gets what families really need.
Compensation & Growth Path
* First 6 months: 100% commission on restaurant and event partnerships (you keep everything you bring in).
* After 6 months: Commission structure evolves + equity opportunities.
* Long‑term: Early leaders will be first considered for permanent roles (part‑time or full‑time) as The Nugget grows.
