Job Summary
You will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, guiding them through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, assisting with leasing procedures, and working with on-site teams to ensure smooth operations.
Your interpersonal skills, effective communication, and ability to create a positive first impression are essential for achieving leasing goals and maintaining resident satisfaction. Prior experience in property management or leasing is beneficial but not required; strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset are key.
Key Responsibilities
1. Engage with prospects through property tours, inquiries, and promoting amenities.
2. Drive occupancy by communicating benefits and guiding applications.
3. Assist with leasing tasks such as processing applications and lease agreements.
4. Coordinate apartment inspections and move-in preparations.
5. Provide exceptional customer service and handle resident concerns.
6. Maintain accurate resident records and respond promptly to inquiries.
7. Stay informed of market trends and competitor properties.
8. Support community events and resident engagement initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills
* Customer service-oriented with a passion for helping people.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
* Organized with strong time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.

Education & Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Experience in customer service, leasing, hospitality, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
* Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
