The Practice and Team
This is a modern, well‑equipped small animal practice designed to support a high standard of first opinion care. You’ll be working alongside an experienced and approachable team of vets and nurses, with a collaborative culture that encourages case discussion and shared learning. Sole charge is limited, meaning support is always available when needed. Facilities include digital X‑ray, ultrasound, in‑house laboratory, dedicated surgical theatre and modern consulting rooms.
The Role
- Manage a broad caseload with continuity.
- Perform routine and developing surgical procedures.
- Work cases up to a high standard.
- Build strong client relationships.
- The rota is structured to support a manageable workload and consistent work‑life balance.
CPD and Development
- Funded CPD with access to external courses.
- Certificate support with financial backing and protected study time.

What You’ll Need
- 3+ years small animal experience.
- Confident with routine surgery and consults.
