Position Summary
PRS is working with a prestigious hotel group seeking a Sous Chef for their fine dining restaurant at a Scottish luxury estate in Perthshire. This full‑time, permanent role offers a salary of £44,000 per year (based on a 39‑hour week) plus extensive benefits, including an estimated £5,000 in annual service charge gratuities.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Sous or Junior Sous Chef in a fine‑dining restaurant, ideally with Michelin accreditation.
* Strong team player with outstanding leadership skills.
