Are you looking for a way to help make a difference within your local community?
We’re looking for a minibus driver to join our supportive team at Barton Hill Primary on a casual, zero hour contract.
You will have a full category B drivers licence which you have held for at least 2 years.
Within this role, you will be expected to:
* To drive the school’s minibus as required
* To maintain safety/inspection checks of the minibus
* To ensure the safe transport to and from the academy of pupils and to be responsible for the safety of the children whilst on the minibus
This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact on the lives of young people; to support them to broaden their horizons and experience the joy of field trips and excursions.

Barton Hill Academy, based in Torquay, Devon, opened in September 2012 and is sponsored by Lift Schools (formerly Academies Enterprise Trust). We currently have 660 pupils on roll aged 3-11 and we have been graded as ‘Good’ by Ofsted. We aim for every child to have a happy and active primary education in an environment that is caring and supporting. We provide a stimulating and structured environment in which every child will be encouraged to reach their full potential.
