Talent Acquisition Coordinator
West End | 4 days in the office | £40,000–£45,000 + bonus + benefits | 18-month contract
We are partnering with a highly regarded global financial services firm to appoint a Talent Acquisition Coordinator into their London office.
Sitting within a busy and collaborative HR function, this role offers exposure across both experienced hire and early careers recruitment activity across EMEA and APAC. It is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working at pace, managing multiple processes and being closely involved in the delivery of recruitment activity within a high-performing environment.
This role offers broad exposure across the recruitment lifecycle, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, candidates and HR stakeholders to ensure a seamless and professional process throughout.
The role will involve:
* Coordinating interviews across multiple regions and time zones
* Managing scheduling, stakeholder feedback and candidate communication throughout the recruitment process
* Supporting both lateral and early careers hiring activity across EMEA and APAC
* Coordinating assessment centres, campus recruitment activity and interview logistics
* Arranging candidate travel and supporting recruitment event coordination across Europe
* Assisting with offer processes, approvals and onboarding coordination
* Supporting background checks, referencing and recruitment administration
* Maintaining accurate recruitment records, candidate data and reporting
* Coordinating intern onboarding and training programme logistics
* Supporting wider Talent Acquisition projects and team initiatives as required

* Has previous experience within recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support

* Ideally has experience within financial services, professional services or another fast-paced corporate environment
