We are now looking for a Brand Co-ordinator to join us on a full-time, temporary basis as maternity cover on a fixed-term contract lasting six to twelve months. The Role The role of a Brand Co-ordinator is to ensure consistency and alignment across the Douglas & Grahame portfolio of brands. They act as a gatekeeper for brand integrity, co-ordinating campaigns, managing budgets, and facilitating communication between design, sales, and external partners. Reporting to the Brand Manager, they support the marketing department to help drive strategic marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness and business growth. The role includes, but is not limited to: - Leading on all pre-production elements of brand photoshoots - Managing the outputs of brand photoshoots including the production of POS, brochures, etc. - Managing brand samples and holding responsibility for the administration of those samples - Maintaining trademark registrations and liaising with our intellectual property company - Supporting the Brand Manager in the execution of brand strategies and marketing campaigns - Administration of brand activity About You To be considered as a Brand Co-ordinator, this role requires you to: - Have at least 1 year of experience in marketing co-ordination or administration - Be organised, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively - Pay strong attention to detail - Have the ability to work under pressure and to deadlines - Have strong communication and collaboration skills - Have a full driving licence and willingness to travel for photoshoots Other organisations may call this role Branding Co-ordinator, Marketing Co-ordinator, Brand Specialist, Marketing Assistant, or Brand Executive.
