Your new role
Working within a thrivingmunity primary school in Warrington, you will be looking after a small class of Key Stage One children within their designated provision. Working alongside experienced teaching assistants, you will be leading the class and ensuring that all children are able to access as much of the curriculum as possible while being in a safe and nurturing environment.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will need to:
1. Hold qualified teacher status
2. Have experience working with children with SEN / autism
3. Have recent and relevant experience working within a Key Stage One classroom that we can reference
4. Be an approachable and patient primary teacher who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations.
5. Have excellentmunication and interpersonal skills to quickly build effective relationships with students, parents and colleagues
