You’ll help young people aged between 16 and 18 years old to live independently, feel valued and stay connected. This role is all about care, respect and practical support that improves lives. We are looking to recruit energetic and enthusiastic members of staff to our flexible bank to engage young people in support that will help them move towards living independently. You’ll join our dedicated team to deliver high standards of support in our Ofsted registered service, looking to provide the best opportunities that we can for the young people that we support. What you’ll do * Supporting young people with daily tasks, including the completion of a Food Hygiene level 2 course * Supporting young people to complete our tenancy accreditation scheme, the Home Achievement Programme. * Supporting Young People to appointments and if required advocate on their behalf * Being creative planning activities at the service and in the community for young people to engage with * Creating a safe, positive space where dignity and respect come first * Working collaboratively to empower our young people Why join us This is more than a job – it’s a place where you feel valued.
