Salary/package: Up to £64,000 10% bonus and comprehensive company benefits Location: Winchester (Crawley Court) - Arqiva operates a flexible hybrid working model with travel required to Winchester once a week Accountabilities: An Arqiva Project Manager is a high calibre project delivery professional responsible for leading cross-functional teams Creation of well structured, planned and executed project deliverables, including exceptional quality project setup documents, detailing scope, assumptions and dependencies, success criteria, risks and issues, all of which comply with the Arqiva governance structure Drive continual improvement and pursue transformation and change Manage changes in project scope, costs, resources, and timing within the framework of agreed governance and change control processes. Diligent risk management with close management of effective mitigations, escalating risks and issues in project governance where necessary. Manage customer and supplier relationships to ensure ongoing cost effective and high-quality delivery during project execution. Create detailed and accurate budgets and provide accurate forecasts monthly Define and implement programme controls and governance to ensure process, documentation, risks and issues and Health and Safety practice comply with best practice and ISO standards. Take personal accountability for quality and accuracy of project management performance and deliverables Embrace our Cultural Goals of 'Accountability' 'One Arqiva' and 'Curiosity' Demonstrate strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written). Champion the Portfolio Delivery team across the business and help drive our success Be a true customer excellence agent - understand your customers' needs and deliver a great service internally and externally Proactively supporting the implementation of the new PM tooling modules and champion usage across the Arqiva business Build effective relationships across the Arqiva business, customer, and supplier organisations to drive trust and respect. Qualifications: A recognised project management qualification such as SAFe Agile, APM, Prince 2. Experience/Expertise: Must have end to end site delivery (full Acquisition, Design and Build) experience. Ideally experience in building new street works Likely to have 3 years Project management experience Experience of delivering projects with budgets in excess of £500k Financial and project planning expertise Business change management and communication planning. Strong stakeholder management skills.
