We’re looking for a warm and welcoming Night Receptionist to join our dedicated Front Office team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and memorable experience for our guests from check-in to check-out. With your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, you will ensure every guest receives an authentic London experience and memorable stays.
Key Duties:
* Managing room reservations, processing amendments and cancellations,
* Promoting our 7 Guest Loyalty Programme, making every guest feel valued
* Overseeing the lounge bar, taking food & beverage orders, and serving drinks & light snacks
* Be a local expert, offering insights on hotel services and must-see local attractions.

Based in Bloomsbury, you'll be in the heart of London, working at Morton Hotel, with rooms. It’s a homely place to be, offering a cosy basement bar and artwork lining the walls throughout the building.
What we’re looking for:
* 1 Year of Experience as a Front Office Receptionist / Night Receptionist in the hotel industry
* A natural flair for customer service
* Positive and caring personality
* Problem-solving abilities
* Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern: night shifts including weekends and bank holidays
* Basic IT and office skills: familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, email etiquette, printing, scanning, and filing
* Professional proficiency in English
* Team-oriented attitude
* Happy to work in a fast-paced environment
Desirable (not essential but a plus!):
* Proficiency in multiple languages
* Proficiency in OPERA (PMS System)
