Overview
Our Eldercare Matron at Harris Memorial Surgery is retiring in early July 2026 and the Practice wants to recruit a Frailty Lead to succeed her. The current post-holder gained extensive experience in the Community Matron team before joining us in the Eldercare Matron role some years ago.
Skills
* Suitable candidates for this post are likely to be experienced nurses, paramedics or occupational therapists, and capable of working independently and managing their own workload, typically band 7 or higher in terms of responsibility and leadership.
* They must also have familiarity with community healthcare teams, experience in adult safeguarding and be qualified prescribers.
