Change Consulting are looking for a Housing Support Worker to join a supported living provider based in Birmingham.
This is a permanent role, based full time on site. The successful candidate will also need to hold valid UK Driving Licence as travel to other sites in the area will be required.
Experience Required:
* Must hold full UK Driving Licence
* Must have experience of working in a similar role within a Supported Living or Social Housing Environment (NHS experience also welcome).
* Experience of supporting vulnerable adults - specifically in domestic violence
* Experience of safeguarding
* Experience liaising with different stakeholders including Landlords, Social Care professionals, other Housing Providers and Benefits/Welfare providers.
* Competent in IT Skills, specifically Outlook, Share Point and MS Office.
