Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated people to provide essential care and support to individuals in their own homes. The ideal candidates will have empathy, and a passion to make a real difference to people's lives.
With part-time and bank positions available, we are looking for people able to travel across Darlington and County Durham, so will need to be drivers with their own car.

Responsibilities
* Provide personal care to clients including assistance with bathing, dressing, and toileting needs.
* Administer medication as prescribed and monitor client health conditions.
* Support with mobility including using equipment to move people safely.
* Maintain accurate records of patient care and report any changes in condition to the supervising nurse or healthcare professional.
* Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
* Support clients with daily living tasks while encouraging independence where possible.
* Implement behaviour support strategies as needed to ensure a safe environment and positive outcomes for all clients.
* Drive clients to appointments or social activities as required.
Experience
* Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
* Experience working in homecare, care homes, nursing homes, or hospice settings is beneficial.
* A caring attitude and the ability to work effectively with individuals of varying needs and backgrounds are essential.
Pay: From £12.80 per hour
