Our Bullying and Harassment team, specialising in workplace personal injury claims, have an exciting role for a recently qualified solicitor to support the ongoing growth of the department.
\n\n
Working with a partner and a paralegal, this will be a varied role in a developing area of law that presents some interesting and complex legal arguments.
\n\n
You will assist with:
\n\n
\n\t
* handling a caseload of multi-track workplace personal injury claims, commensurate with experience which will include issued cases;
\n\t
* providing an exceptional, high-quality service to our clients;
\n\t
* business development opportunities including, articles, press statements and networking.
\n
\n\n
You will ideally:
\n\n
\n\t
* be an enthusiastic solicitor with up to 3 years PQE representing claimants;
\n\t
* have an excellent understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules and protocols;
\n\t
* have experience of working multi-track personal injury cases;
\n\t
* be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in this area of law;
\n\t
* be hard-working, collaborative and sociable, with excellent IT, administrative and research skills;
\n\t
* be able to demonstrate a commitment to developing the business of the firm (experience of marketing is desirable but not essential).

This is a new role so there is likely to be scope to develop your role as the department grows.
